We want you to be completely satisfied with your sporting equipment purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 15-day refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following conditions:
- The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- The request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once a product has been used, even lightly, it is no longer eligible for exchange or refund.
- Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. All used, clearance, demo, and final sale items are final sales. A clearance item is defined as a product discounted by 20% or more. Final sale items have no warranty, return, or exchange.
- Special Promotions: All items purchased at a discount during Boxing Day, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday are final sales.
- Due to high order volume during promotional events (i.e., Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), no returns or exchanges will be accepted during these periods.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@hudef.ca with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos if needed.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
RETURN SHIPPING
Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will begin processing the refund or store credit. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
EXCEPTIONS
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
- Products showing excessive wear beyond reasonable use.
- Clearance or final sale items, gift cards, used or demo items, pickleball balls.
- Returns that do not meet the above eligibility requirements.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
For any regularly priced item that goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, you may receive store credit for the price difference from the original retail price. We do not offer price adjustments on items sold during promotions (i.e., Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.). To request a price adjustment, contact customer service by phone or email.
Hudef Canada reserves the right to change or modify all terms and conditions of this return and exchange policy at any time and at its sole discretion. All decisions by Hudef Canada regarding return or exchange eligibility are final.

WARRANTY
All paddles are covered by a limited 3-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects and material issues.
The 3-month limited warranty covers:
- Core materials
- Warping
- Delamination
The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
The warranty covers one-time replacement of the paddle. Once replaced, the new paddle is no longer covered by the warranty.
Proof of purchase and a photo are required. Please email your warranty claim to info@hudef.ca.
All paddles are inspected before shipping. Any defect upon delivery must be reported to Hudef Canada with photographic evidence before use, in accordance with our return policy (the plastic handle wrap must still be intact).
Hudef Canada reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under warranty and whether it will be replaced.
We may request the paddle be returned for inspection. If so, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If approved under warranty, we aim to ship a replacement paddle within 10 business days after it arrives at our inspection center.
Paddles purchased from authorized retailers must include a receipt and proof of purchase with the purchase date.
What is not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or negligence (including the grip, edge guard, face, and core materials)
- Edge damage on edgeless paddles (edge guard tape is recommended)
- Use in temperatures below 5°C (40°F)
- Any modifications made after purchase
- Fading of graphics or surface wear
- Impact with objects other than a pickleball (e.g., floor, other paddles, tennis balls)
- Rattling noises that do not affect performance
- Use in commercial settings or rentals
- Paddles sold as demos or blemished second-grade items
- Non-original purchasers
- Purchases from unauthorized dealers
- Paddles won as prizes or in giveaways
- Paddles purchased outside Hudef Canada’s website without proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner
